9 2.3 Vandalism The visiting club is responsible for any damage to the assigned section(s) and the associated area for the visiting club’s supporters. If vandalism in another section or area can be attributed to visitors from the visiting section, for example due to a rush from the visiting section towards other sections, or the throwing of pyrotechnics, the vandalism is covered by the paragraph. It is the responsibility of the visiting club to cover the cost of any damage within the assigned section(s) and the associated area. Vandalism pursuant to this paragraph may include damage such as: • Stickers • Graffiti • Damaged equipment (toilets, alarm barriers, doors, bins, kiosks, lighting, fences etc.) • Burns from pyrotechnics • T orn/damaged nets/fabric/fencing/blinds, e.g. those that delimit the section or are located at the entrances to the visiting section. The organiser must inform the visiting club no later than two (2) days after the match, if not earlier, that vandalism has occurred and that an invoice for the damage will be sent to the visiting club. If the organiser fails to inform the visiting club within the specified time, the option to claim against the visiting club ceases. Costs for the damage must be substantiated by documentation such as a receipt or a detailed invoice. The invoice must be sent to the visiting club no later than two (2) months after the relevant match. For this section to be applicable, the conditions in Section 19.3 must be met. 2.4 Visiting safety officer The visiting club is responsible for providing the organiser on site with at least one trained safety officer or trained deputy safety officer in accordance with Section 12 Staffing. To act as a safety officer during a match, the person must have submitted a passing result from the Swedish Sports Confederation’s steward training course, the Swedish Civil Defence Agency’s online course in Protection against Terrorism and Antagonistic Threats, the Sports Match-Fixing Training and Clean Winner to sakerhet@swehockey.se. To act as the safety officer, the person must also have attended the in-person training on Swedish sport’s counter-terrorism preparedness if summoned. The safety officer or deputy safety officer must have good knowledge of security work, legislation, the Swedish Ice Hockey Association’s Competition Regulations and supporters and have the authority to make decisions. 3. Facility* 3.1 Facilities Rulebook The Facilities Rulebook is the Swedish Ice Hockey Association’s official rulebook for facilities where ice hockey is played, and applies to all Swedish Ice Hockey. The Facilities Rulebook can be downloaded in PDF format from www.swehockey.se and/or ordered in book format from anlaggning@swehockey.se.
