8 1.8 Security statistics The club must archive security statistics no later than the 5th of the month following matches. The statistics for the season up to and including the previous month are archived in the club folder on the Security page. The statistics must be match-specific and at a minimum include the information outlined in the template developed by the Swedish Ice Hockey Association. The template can be requested from sakerhet@swehockey.se. 1.9 Secure entry* The organising club must ensure secure entry to the match in accordance with Section 2.4.5 of the Facility Rulebook as outlined below. Nothing in this paragraph exempts the organiser from the strict responsibility for maintaining public order. The organising club is always responsible for ensuring that players and referees are not subjected to spitting or blows or risk being hit by thrown objects and/or liquids, regardless of the time during the event. During match warm-up, it must be possible to ensure secure entry for both the organising and visiting club’s players. If the organiser’s risk assessment determines that there is no need for such secure entry, it is not mandatory to ensure it in practice. Secure access must be ensured for visiting club players and referees from the moment they enter the ice before the start of the match and throughout the duration of the match. For players of the organising club, it must be possible to ensure secure entry throughout the match if needed in accordance with Section 2.4.5 of the Facility Rulebook. It is the responsibility of the organising club to ensure such entry if the situation so requires. Secure entry according to this paragraph must also be ensured, or alternatively be able to be ensured where applicable, when players or referees for any reason need to leave or re-enter the ice during an ongoing match or period break, such as in the case of injury, match penalty or other circumstances that necessitate temporary exit or entry. 2. Visiting club’s responsibility 2.1 Competition Regulations and legislation The visiting club has a strict responsibility to ensure compliance with the Swedish Ice Hockey Association’s Competition Regulations as well as Swedish legislation. 2.2. Conduct The visiting club is responsible for the conduct of its supporters in the areas allocated for the visiting club’s supporters. This applies even if a supporter trip is not organised. The visiting club is responsible for the conduct of its players, leaders, officials and other representatives in connection with away matches. The visiting club must, through immediate measures, distance itself from its supporters’, players’, leaders’, officials’ and other representatives’ use of symbols, attributes and texts with offensive and/or discriminatory messages. The visiting club must, through immediate measures, distance itself from its supporters’, players’, leaders’, officials’ and other representatives’ discriminatory and/or offensive chants/songs as well as from other improper conduct. While on the facility or in its immediate vicinity, it is prohibited to fully or partially cover the face in a way that hinders the identification of the person.
