7 1.6 Visiting club supporters* 1.6.1 Tickets for visiting club’s supporter section* It is the organiser’s responsibility to provide the visiting club with 150 tickets for the visiting club’s supporters’ section. This applies regardless of whether an organised trip is carried out or not. 1.6.2 Visiting club’s supporter section with associated ancillary areas* It is the organiser’s responsibility to provide clearly defined and enclosed areas for visiting club supporters in accordance with the specifications in Section 3.1.2.1 of the Facility Rulebook. In this context, “defined and enclosed areas” means the spectator section and the associated break area. The fundamental principle is that supporters of the visiting team are not permitted to leave their allocated areas and that unauthorised persons are not allowed access to the visiting team’s areas. In this context, “unauthorised persons” refers to visitors who do not have a valid ticket for the visiting team’s section. In the event that visiting supporters from other sections are allowed access to the visiting team’s areas, they must be searched before access is granted. 1.6.2.1 Exemption procedure In exceptional cases, there may be acceptable reasons to allow visiting team’s supporters to leave their allocated area. In the event that such an exemption can be granted, the following must be ensured: • That no exemptions will be granted before the puck is dropped for the first period. • T hat a risk assessment according to Section 9.3 of the Security Rulebook shows that the exemption does not pose a risk of disturbances. Exemptions can never be granted: • For organised trips of over 50 people • For class 3 or 4 matches In addition, exemptions can never be granted from using a separate entrance for visiting team supporters. The organising club that utilises the exemption rule regarding visiting supporters’ departure from allocated areas may be held responsible for any offences committed in the allocated areas intended for the visiting club’s supporters. 1.6.3 Visiting club entrance* It is the organiser’s responsibility to provide and staff a separate entrance for visitors who have purchased or are purchasing tickets to the visiting club’s supporter section(s). 1.7 Glasses, glass bottles and cans Serving drinks in glasses or glass bottles is not permitted in any context, except in enclosed spaces and boxes, provided that the items in question are not taken into the public area or the arena space as a whole. The sale of cans is permitted in all areas, provided that the can is opened before it is handed over to the visitor. Cans must not be brought into the facility through the entrances. 1.5.6 Evacuating the stands In cases where the organiser wishes to clarify the possibility of evacuating a section or part of the stands, a sign indicating the possible evacuation of the stands may be displayed so that the message can be found and read clearly. The same message is found on the rules of conduct that must be posted at all entrances. In the event of a disturbance, the organiser may remove all visitors from all or part of the arena for a security check. Furthermore, a full or partial search will be conducted before visitors may be allowed re-entry. The sign must read:
