17 Login details can be requested by the safety officer, club director or chairperson of a club. Login details should be requested from sakerhet@swehockey.se, including the following information: • Name of the person to receive login credentials • Name of the club the person represents • The person’s role in the club • Email address and telephone number of the person who will receive the login. 10.1 Organising club The organising safety officer must establish a match agreement no later than 72 hours before the start of the match for training matches and during the regular season. For qualification and final matches, a match agreement must be established no later than 48 hours before the start of the match. The organising safety officer is responsible for ensuring that all boxes marked in orange are completed. If the question is not relevant for the match, enter “EA” (i.e “N/A, not applicable”). 10.2 Visiting club The visiting safety officer must complete the match agreement no later than 48 hours before the start of the match for training matches and during the regular season. For qualification and final matches, the match agreement must be completed no later than 24 hours before the start of the match. The visiting safety officer is responsible for ensuring that all boxes marked in yellow are completed. If the question is not relevant for the match, enter “EA” (i.e “N/A, not applicable”). 11. Meetings in connection with the match 11.1 Meetings in connection with class 1 or 2 matches The organiser and the visiting club follow the match agreement. On match day, it is recommended that a preliminary meeting is held before the entrances open. It is recommended that the organising safety officer, the person responsible for stewards, the person responsible for security guards and a representative from the venue owner attend the preliminary meeting. If the visiting safety officer is present at the match, it is recommended that they also attend. 11.2 Meetings in connection with class 3 or 4 matches 11.2.1 Planning meeting At least one week before the match, the organising safety officer convenes a planning meeting for the match via email. The planning meeting must be held via Teams no later than 48 hours before the start of the match. The following must be invited to the planning meeting: • Visiting safety officer • Representative of the facility owner • Representative from the police for both the organising and visiting clubs • Representative from the Swedish Ice Hockey Association The organising safety officer invites all participants except the visiting representative from the police, who is invited by the visiting safety officer. The Swedish Ice Hockey Association can be contacted at sakerhet@swehockey.se. The planning meeting is led by the representative of the Swedish Ice Hockey Association. The organising safety officer must be well prepared and able to present details of all the security work before, during and after the match.
