35 29.4 Guidelines for organiser bans To ensure a national consensus regarding organiser bans and to assist those responsible within the clubs, the Swedish Ice Hockey Association has developed guidelines with examples of offences that should result in an organiser ban and the duration of the ban. The guidelines can be requested from the Swedish Ice Hockey Association at sakerhet@swehockey.se. 30. Special incidents 30.1 Purpose This section regulates incidents that necessitate restrictions or limitations to all or parts of Swedish Ice Hockey’s activities. Such incidents could include infection, terrorism or severe weather conditions, i.e. incidents of such significance that they can be classified as a national or regional crisis. 30.2 Club’s obligation It is the club’s responsibility to stay informed about and fully comply with all documents related to such special incidents. In the event of a special incident, the safety officers or equivalent registered with the Swedish Ice Hockey Association will be informed via the provided email address. Information will also be published on the Swedish Ice Hockey Association’s website, www.swehockey.se. If no specific incident is invoked or ongoing, this section is entirely inactive.
