Security Rulebook 2026/2027

12 5.4 Administration and production The safety officer administers all accreditations in each club, and the head of each department in the organisation must request accreditations based on the needs of their department. A few categories of accreditation cards (All Access and TV production) are produced centrally, while the club is responsible for producing the other categories itself, either with its own equipment or through a local supplier. The Swedish Ice Hockey Association sends out templates showing how the cards should be designed. The cards produced centrally will not be invoiced to the club. The club must order All Access accreditations in accordance with the applicable template. Orders for All Access that do not comply with the current template will not be processed. Orders should be sent to sakerhet@swehockey.se. The template can be requested from the Swedish Ice Hockey Association at sakerhet@swehockey.se. Some cards are “unlimited” (personal All Access), meaning that they do not have a limited validity period. If the holder of such a card leaves the organisation, the safety officer must ensure that the card is returned. The club is responsible for informing the person receiving accreditation of the responsibilities that come with the accreditation card, regardless of their role: • The card must always be worn clearly visible when the person is in areas requiring accreditation. • The accredited person is always expected to display good conduct. • The accredited person must always follow the instructions of officials or security personnel. • T he accredited person should only be present in areas where they are assigned to perform a function, and only for the duration of performing that function. • T he accredited person must have a good understanding of and respect the areas they are permitted to access. • The accredited person is always expected to display sportsmanlike conduct. • T he accreditation card is a personal valuable document, intended solely for the assigned person/ function/user. It is not permitted under any circumstances to transfer the accreditation card to another person or function. • T he accreditation card must under no circumstances be modified or altered from its original state. • I t is not permitted under any circumstances to copy the accreditation card or create copies of the original. 5.5 Access to other facilities Accreditation does not automatically grant access to all facilities, unless the person has a task to perform at the facility or their visit has been notified and approved in advance. 5.6 Exemptions from accreditation requirements Exempt from this accreditation requirement are uniformed emergency and security personnel such as security guards, police, rescue services and paramedics, as they have access to all parts of the facility when necessary without needing to show valid accreditation. In addition, there are a number of other functions that are entitled to access the relevant areas in the course of their duties but have not received accreditation: • the Swedish Sports Confederation Match-fixing • Anti-Doping Sweden • Civil police. Municipal and other community services with supervision requirements: • Environment and health • Alcohol supervision • The Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (video surveillance) • The regions. All such functions must always be able to present photographic identification upon request to verify the person’s duties.
